REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our refund policy is: All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer refundS but we can exchange any product or damaged merchandise, due to our manufacturing. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some non-returnable/ exchangeable products include custom designs, jewelry, accesories (belts, hats, etc.) swimwear and intimate products (lingerie, panties, socks, etc.).

 

Exchanges 

We replace items that are defective, damaged or items wanting to be exchanged by the client.  We DO NOT accept returns on custom items, unless defective or damaged due to our manufacturing. SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 2-4 weeks using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS DHL. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2233 S Throop St., Chicago Illinois United States 60608. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
